Mr. Alok Kapoor
Chief Executive Officer
He has over 30 years of experience in Railways and other transportations. His Expertise lies in bidding, financing and execution of PPP and BOT projects in Urban Transport and Railways. Mr. Kapoor’s past experiences include Maintenance and Operations of EMU’s in Mumbai Suburban System, managing a Rolling Stock Depot with holding of 800 coaches, deep knowledge of 3 Phase- IGBT based Microprocessor Controlled Traction System for EMU Rolling Stock, working in a Project Organization “Mumbai Urban Transport Project” funded by World Bank. This was a key Transport Project with of loan of 250 Million USD and counterpart Government fund of 250 Million USD. Under this project 1764 EMU coaches were procured. Mr. Kapoor key experience also includes dealing with system design and system engineering, making international competitive bid documents, finalizing the contract, design approvals, prototype testing, field trials and Manufacturing issues, EMU manufacturing activities, Railways Electrification activities.

Dr. Praveer Sinha
Dr. Praveer Sinha currently serves as CEO & Managing Director of The Tata Power Company Limited. With an illustrious career spanning four decades & pivotal leadership roles across the power sector value chain, he is currently steering Tata Power from being a century old power utility into a new-aged sustainable, technology oriented & customer centric green energy solutions company. Dr. Sinha is passionate about technology & has played a key role in setting up the first international incubator in India to promote innovations in clean energy. He also serves as an external advisor on the Board of MIT Energy Initiative & represents national committees working on Indian power sector reforms. He has received recognition as Best CEO-Power Sector from Business Today, Fortune India & Forbes for his contribution in building a greener & future-ready India in 2023. Dr Sinha is a qualified Electrical Engineer, has done his master's in business law, received a doctorate from IIT, Delhi & completed his Advanced Management Programme from IIM- Ahmedabad. He is also a visiting Research Associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, USA.
Ms. Neha Pandit
Neha Pandit, a qualified Chartered Accountant has worked in diverse sectors like Infrastructure, real estate, banking, pharma & advertising in various capacities. In a career spanning 23+ years, she has spent around 15 years in Infrastructure & real estate beginning with a stint in Project finance, CFO in a real estate company as well as project execution. As a part of her present responsibilities, she provides business leadership in the areas of design, execution, customer experience, real estate assets, fare box & non fare box revenues, among other things. She is also fulfilling her duty as a board member in companies having Road, Ropeway & Metro assets in various stages of development & operations.
Ms. Sukriti Sood
Ms. Sukriti Sood has over 18 years of experience across financial services. She has been with Siemens Financial Services (SFS) since 2013 and has worked across both debt and equity businesses. Currently she leads the India business for equity investments for SFS. She has done her Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, her MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and her Masters in Finance from London Business School, UK.
Mr. Basel Wetters
A Project Finance expert with 20 years of experience at a major international London-based law firm, an international development bank in United Kingdom and India, and with the financial arm of one of the Europe's largest and successful global engineering Companies. He has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, India and Germany, and worked as an external counsel, internal counsel and also as a Chief Operations Officer for South Asia, and latterly as debt and equity provider, demonstrating large skills set in a variety of roles.
Mr. Deepak Singla
Deepak Singla is a commerce graduate from Kurukshetra University, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has worked with Nestle India Limited in the Finance department. Mr. Singla has cleared the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examination in the year 2012. He has around 10 years of experience in Urban and Rural administration and has worked as Sub-Divisional Officer - Umarkhed, Yavatmal, Chief Executive Officer Zilha Parishad, Yavatmal, Commissioner - Water Conservation, Aurangabad, Collector - Gadchiroli, Managing Director - Tribal Development Corporation, Nashik and is presently posted as an Additional Commissioner - Pune Metropolitan Region Development Corporation since November 2022.
Mr. Sudip Mullick
Mr. Sudip Mullick is Partner, Real Estate, Construction (contracts & disputes) & Hospitality at Economic Laws Practice. He was previously with Khaitan & Company for nearly three decades where he was an integral part team that established the office in Mumbai & served on the national executive committee of his erstwhile firm for several years. He received his Law degree from Calcutta University. Throughout his career, he has consistently been recognized as a practice leader & has been featured in Chambers, Legal 500, and Benchmark litigation for real estate, litigation, & construction. Most recently, Asia Law named him as an Elite Practitioner for real estate in their 2024-25 edition.He also serves as an independent director on several reputable boards. He completed a course on leadership in law firms from Harvard University in 2017.
